However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided. We are based in the Netherlands but sell internationally.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are granted at the discretion of Reeply.ai under the following conditions:

  • 1.1 Technical Issues: If technical issues directly related to Reeply.ai prevent you from using the service effectively, and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe (7 business days from the date of your reported issue), you may be eligible for a refund.
  • 1.2 Initial Subscription Period: If you are dissatisfied with the service during the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a refund. This applies only to first-time subscriptions and excludes renewals or subsequent billing periods.
  • 1.3 Service Downtime: If the Reeply.ai service is unavailable for an extended period (exceeding 72 continuous hours) without prior notice and significantly impacts your usage, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund.
  • 1.4 Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a billing error, you may request a refund.
  • 1.5 Automatic Renewal Charges: If you were charged for an automatic renewal but intended to cancel before renewal, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge.

2. Conditions for Refunds

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

This Refund Policy does not limit or exclude our liability in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it, are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to this policy or the provision of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
