Sub-processor Updates and Objection Procedure

Reeply AI may update this Sub-processor list from time to time. As detailed in our Data Processing Agreement, we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before engaging any new Sub-processor.

Notification Process

When we plan to add a new Sub-processor, we will:

  • Update this page with the new Sub-processor's details
  • Send an email notification to the primary account administrator at least 14 days before the new Sub-processor begins processing any Customer Personal Data
  • Provide information about the nature and purpose of the Sub-processor's services

Customer Objection Rights

If you object to our use of a new Sub-processor, you may:

  • Submit your objection in writing to contact@reeply.net within 14 days of our notification
  • Include the specific grounds for your objection relating to data protection concerns
  • Provide any supporting documentation or evidence for your concerns

Objection Review Process

Upon receiving an objection, we will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your objection within 2 business days
  • Review your objection and supporting documentation
  • Work with you to address your concerns and find a mutually acceptable solution
  • If we cannot resolve your objection, you may terminate the affected services and receive a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused services

We take your data protection concerns seriously and will make reasonable efforts to accommodate legitimate objections where possible.

Data Processing Locations

Our primary data processing takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, some Sub-processors may process data in other regions, including the United States. All such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
